Just a few house rules/useful information
- Check-in time: From 11:00am.
- Check-out time: 9:00am – 10:00am.
- Do not use any kitchenware such as utensils and kitchen towels for any other purpose.
- Guests shall keep the premises clean and tidy. All rubbish must be kept in the rubbish bin provided. KINDLY DO NOT FLUSH ANY SOLID ITEMS IN THE TOILET
- The guest shall pay towards any additional service request that is not provided by the host eg. laundry, purchase of food stuffs and drinks.
- Guests must report any loss of keys immediately to the host. A fees of 500 will be charged to replace lost keys.
- Guests shall not move or damage any furniture, fitting and equipment during their stay. The guests shall be held liable in case of any breakage or loss of items.
- Guest shall advise host of any items requiring repair as soon as a defect is noted.
- Guests shall refrain from making any alterations or improvements to the unit without the consent of the host. This includes using adhesives, glue or tape to affix pictures or decorations.
- Guests shall not do anything that is a nuisance to other guests.
- Guests shall refrain from using or selling illegal drugs in the premises.
- Guests shall ensure that all appliances are turned off before departing from the premises.
- Guests shall ensure that the doors are locked during the guests’ absence.
- Guests shall not keep any inflammable items in the apartment.
- Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
- Guests shall be responsible for the conduct of their visitors.
- Guests are not allowed to sublet the apartment at any time.
- Guests are responsible for keeping their own items secure. The host does not take responsibility for any lost items.
- When leaving for an extended period, the guest should notify host how long he/she will be away.
